How relevant is the information?

You need to evaluate how relevant the information you will find may be. Using several different methods to investigate the same thing often increases your chances of finding more material and therefore more information.

Make a list of additional methods you could use to investigate your subject to ensure that your research produces plenty of findings.

- Check the last date when the website was last updated to see if its reliable

- Ask peers if they have ever used this website before.

- Look at the similarities that you have with your friends about the research you have found

- Use different titles for the search engine

- Questionnaires

- Posters

- Magazines

- Ask teacher if they think the website is reliable or has relevant information for what your searching for.

- Comparing your results of your internet research to books.

- Use 2 different websites to compare them

- You could use your own knowledge

- Interview people
