What is your role in the performance project? - My role is the lighting director

Make a list of your main responsibilities: -To be organised -To be punctual -to attend most meetings -To attend sessions to learn how to do lighting

List the tasks you will be undertaking in the final stages of the preparation process and during the performance itself. When does each of these tasks have to be completed? I will be Making sure I have all the equipment I need for the lights. And this would have to be done two weeks before the performance just to make sure there are no problems when it gets closer to the date of the show.

Make a list of the resources you will be using: -Lighting Equipment -Face paint -Costumes -Tables -Chairs -Sound system -Posters

How will you make sure that you are working safely in the final stages of the preparation process and during the performance itself? -Make sure props aren’t left lying around anywhere -Know were the fire exits are.
